1. Introduction to GlobalCampusTools
Welcome to GlobalCampusTools. By registering an institute, creating a subdomain, or participating in our online competitions, you agree to these specific terms tailored for our educational platform ecosystem.
2. Platform Core Services
GlobalCampusTools acts as an infrastructure provider. We supply tenants, dance academies, and coaching centers with digital real estate (subdomains like institute.globalcampustools.com), website templates, and an admin dashboard to manage student inquiries and competitions. We do not own the educational content you upload.
3. Plans and Pricing
GlobalCampusTools offers both Free and Premium tiers. The Free tier includes core functionalities like subdomain hosting and basic admin features. Premium features (such as custom domain binding, advanced SEO tools, and increased storage) require an active paid subscription. Please note: the custom domain name itself (e.g., yourname.com) is not included in the Premium plan and must be purchased separately by the customer from a domain registrar. We guarantee that all free tier limits and features clearly stated at signup will be respected. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
4. Custom Enterprise Services & Mobile Apps
For institutions opting for our Custom Service tier, the following conditions apply:
- Development Costs: The base price (e.g., ₹4,999) is a one-time payment that covers the fixed cost of custom development, design (minimum 5 pages), and 100% source code ownership handover. There are no mandatory recurring subscriptions for the code itself.
- Server & Hosting Costs: Server provisioning, ongoing cloud hosting, database management, and domain renewals are strictly the client's responsibility and are not included in the one-time development fee. We offer free assistance for initial deployment on your servers. Alternatively, we offer fully managed cloud hosting for an additional minimal monthly fee.
- Mobile App Development: The provision of iOS and Android applications requires a separate, bespoke setup cost. Mobile apps are built to your unique specifications, and pricing is finalized after a thorough requirement discussion.
- Liability: GlobalCampusTools is not responsible or legally liable for server downtimes, scaling issues, or third-party API costs once the custom code is handed over or deployed to the client's infrastructure.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
You, the institute administrator, retain full intellectual property rights to all logos, text, student records, and competition results uploaded to your subdomain. GlobalCampusTools claims no ownership over your proprietary data. However, you grant us a secure license to process, host, and display this data strictly to run your website and competitions.
6. Institute Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to manage your institute responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform to distribute non-educational, malicious, or explicit material.
- Collecting student data (like emails or phone numbers) for illegal spam or selling to third parties.
- Registering deceptive subdomains meant to impersonate other recognized educational brands.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the GlobalCampusTools competition engine or admin dashboard.
7. Service Availability & Termination
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, GlobalCampusTools is provided "as-is". We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any institute's subdomain if they are found in violation of our Prohibited Conduct clauses, to protect the safety of students and parents using the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
GlobalCampusTools, its founders, and affiliates will not be held liable for any data loss, loss of tuition revenue, or legal disputes between an institute and its students. Your use of our infrastructure is at your own risk.
