To provision your digital campus, we collect:

• Administrator Information: Name, email, and authentication details to secure your dashboard.
• Institute Public Profile: Institute name, contact information, logos, and descriptions used to generate your public-facing subdomain website.

3. Data Hosted on Behalf of Institutes

Institutes use our platform to collect their own student data (such as parent inquiries and competition scores).We do not harvest, sell, or cross-reference this student data. It is stored securely in isolated database segments and is only accessible by the verified institute administrator.

4. Infrastructure and Security

All data is transmitted via industry-standard SSL encryption and stored in secure cloud databases. While we provide the secure infrastructure, institute administrators are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential session cookies to keep administrators logged into the dashboard. We may also use basic, anonymized analytics to monitor the performance and uptime of the subdomains we host, ensuring your website remains fast and accessible.

6. Data Portability and Deletion

As an institute administrator, you have the right to request a full export of your inquiries and competition data. You may also request the complete deletion of your institute's account and subdomain, which will permanently erase all associated data from our active servers.
